Role Description The Web Designer role is a full-time, in office position based in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves designing modern, user-friendly websites and interfaces that align with client requirements and brand guidelines.

The Web

Designer will collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and business analysts to translate concepts into responsive, visually appealing layouts. Daily tasks include creating wireframes and prototypes, optimizing design for usability and accessibility,



and ensuring consistent user experience across devices and browsers. The role also includes refining existing designs, participating in design reviews, and staying current with web design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create user-centered, mobile-friendly interfaces.
- Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop engaging visual elements and layouts.
- Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to implement designs using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar applications.
- Ability to convert the design to HTML format.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions clearly.
- Relevant education in design, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience designing websites or web applications; a portfolio showcasing recent work is highly beneficial.
