Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Manager role based in Kolkata.

The Wealth

Manager will be responsible for advising clients on comprehensive financial planning, including goal-based strategies, risk assessment, and portfolio construction aligned with their objectives. Daily activities include managing and monitoring investment portfolios, recommending appropriate products across asset classes, and ensuring suitability and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The role involves educating clients on market developments, reviewing performance, and adjusting strategies to optimize returns while managing risk.

The Wealth





Manager will collaborate with internal research, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Financial Planning skills, including goal-based planning, asset allocation, and risk profiling.
- Candidates should possess Investment Management and Investments skills, with experience in portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing across equity, debt, and alternative products.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge, including understanding of capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and wealth management products.
- Candidates should possess Insurance-related skills, including knowledge of life, health, and general insurance solutions as part of holistic financial planning.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications like CFP, CFA, or NISM licenses are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities, strong communication and presentation skills, and the capacity to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- High standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance, with a client-centric approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office; prior experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory is preferred.
