Kalakruti Architects, Mumbai is looking for experienced Architects / Senior Architects to join our design team.

We are looking for architects with 3+ years of professional experience who have strong hands-on experience in design development, detailed architectural drawings and execution documentation.

Our key project requirements:

? Mumbai Residential Redevelopment Projects

• Residential redevelopment planning and design

• Development of architectural concepts into detailed designs

• Preparation of working and execution drawings

• Detailed design coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants

• Strong understanding of construction detailing and site execution

? High-Rise Residential Greenfield Projects

• Conceptual and schematic design development

• High-rise residential planning and architectural detailing

• Preparation of detailed working and execution drawings

• Coordination with consultants and contractors

• Site-level design support and resolving execution-related design issues

What we are looking for





- Minimum 3 years of relevant architectural experience

• Strong design and architectural planning skills

• Excellent knowledge of working drawings, detailing and construction documentation

• Ability to independently develop designs from concept through execution

• Good understanding of construction methods and materials

• Solid coordination skills with consultants and site teams

• Proficiency in relevant architectural software

This is a purely design and execution-oriented position.

We are not looking for candidates primarily involved in liaisoning or approval work.
