Role Description The Warehouse Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including organizing inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate shipping and receiving processes.

The Warehouse

Lead coordinates packing and unloading activities, supervises the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, and maintains a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. This position also involves monitoring stock levels, supporting quality checks on farm-fresh produce and packaged goods, and collaborating with operations and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines.

The Warehouse

Lead provides guidance to warehouse staff, helps implement process improvements, and supports compliance with safety and handling standards.

Qualifications

- Experience in Shipping & Receiving and Unloading,



with the ability to oversee daily goods movement and dock operations.
- Skills in Packing and Inventory Control, including organizing stock, minimizing discrepancies, and preparing orders accurately.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment, preferably in food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors.
- Ability to lead and train team members, prioritize tasks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfort with basic computer systems or warehouse management tools for tracking inventory and shipments.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
