Job Profile :
- Manage all aspects of Inward of materials (imports, Local, Freight etc.)
- Preparing Delivery Challans, manage dispatches on Time & arrange acknowledgement from customer.
- Maintain Stock register properly & sending every month to Finance.
- Identify stock counts for every new project w.r.t BOQ & CC List Items & provide confirmation to SCM Team to proceed for procurement.
- Manage and verify the physical inventories with PO & Vendors Invoice.
- Handling Audit part (External Audit) & provide compliance for the same if needed.
- Manage Logistics, transportation and coordination for Invoice & E-way bills with Finance Team.
- Maintain knowledge of current practices with distribution systems and benchmark operational effectiveness, and develop best practice standards.
- Monitoring service level leads to total end customer satisfaction.
Knowledge skills and abilities: -
- Thorough knowledge and soft skill set in MS office. Specialization in Supply chain management & SAP would get preferred.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal with other functions and all levels of management.
- Able to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making.
