Position: Web Developer – Full Stack

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Pune

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to develop, manage, and optimize client and company websites, landing pages, microsites, and web applications. The role requires hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, microsites, and web applications.

· Handle both front-end and back-end development requirements.

· Develop and customize WordPress and CMS-based websites.

· Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional web pages.

· Manage APIs, databases, forms, and third-party integrations.

· Ensure website speed, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and performance.

· Implement SEO-friendly development practices.

· Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL, and basic server requirements.

· Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and website performance problems.

· Maintain and update existing websites, plugins, themes, and applications.

· Coordinate with designers, digital marketing,



and account management teams for timely project delivery.

· Manage multiple web projects while maintaining quality and timelines.

Technical Skills:

· Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.

· Hands-on experience with WordPress development and customization.

· Working knowledge of MySQL/databases and REST APIs.

· Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.

· Knowledge of Git/version control.

· Understanding of website hosting, DNS, SSL, and deployment.

· Knowledge of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.

· Exposure to React, Next.js, Node.js, WooCommerce, or similar technologies will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

· 2–3 years of relevant experience in Web / Full Stack Development.

· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.

· Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to independently manage projects and deadlines.

· Valuable communication and team collaboration skills.

· Experience in an advertising or digital agency will be preferred.
