NARMVEDAA ENVIGREEN INNOVATIONN is looking for a technically skilled and hands-on Water Plant & PET Blow Moulding Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Indore.

We are looking for someone with strong mechanical and technical expertise, especially in PET Blow Moulding Machine operation, machine setup, mould changeover and troubleshooting, along with knowledge of RO/Water Treatment and Bottling/Filling Plant operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPET Blow Moulding Machine – PRIMARY REQUIREMENT

- Independently operate and set up PET Blow Moulding Machines
- Handle machine start-up, shutdown and changeovers
- Manage preform loading, heating and blowing processes
- Set and monitor temperature, pressure and other machine parameters
- Install, align and change moulds
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical issues
- Understand machine components, parts and their functions
- Perform preventive maintenance and basic breakdown handling
- Monitor air compressor and high-pressure air systems
- Identify and resolve production and bottle-quality issues

RO / WATER TREATMENT PLANT
- Operate and monitor RO and water treatment systems
- Understand filtration, RO membrane and water purification processes
- Monitor pumps, pressure, flow and other plant parameters
- Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor water quality and support smooth plant operations

BOTTLING & FILLING PLANT
- Operate bottle rinsing, filling and capping systems
- Handle conveyors and bottle movement systems




- Monitor filling operations and troubleshoot basic issues
- Coordinate operations across blowing, filling and packaging sections
- Support preventive maintenance of plant machinery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR• 1–2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in machinery, manufacturing, PET blowing, water plant or bottling operations
- Hands-on PET Blow Moulding Machine experience is mandatory
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- Good understanding of machine components, settings and troubleshooting
- Ability to independently handle machine setup, mould change and routine technical issues
- Experience with RO Plant / Water Treatment / Bottling Plant will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and routine machine maintenance
- Ability to inspect finished bottles and identify quality defects
- Understanding of SOPs, hygiene and workplace safety practices
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Minimum high school education; technical/vocational training in mechanical or industrial fields is an advantage
- Comfortable working in shifts and a production environment

PREFERRED CANDIDATECandidates with practical experience across:





PET Blow Moulding + RO/Water Treatment + Bottling/Filling Operations will be given preference.

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVESThe selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe and continuous production, maintaining machine performance, minimizing downtime, following SOPs, maintaining workplace cleanliness and safety, recording production data, and promptly communicating technical or quality issues to the concerned team.
