- Shift Timings: US Shifts/ Night shifts (09:30PM to 06:30 AM)

- Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance experience will be also considered for 3A for US Retirement process

Role Overview

Perform complex transaction processing across various processes like Withdrawals / Terminations / Forfeitures / Plan to Plan transfers/ Contributions / Vesting/ Funding / Dividends / Exchanges / External Audits / Fees / Demographic (Census) / Hardships / RMDs / QDRO / Beneficiary / Loans / Adjustment (corrections) processing /Excess Processing / Rollovers / Tax withholdings

Minimum Experience

- 2 - 4 yrs in 401K DC/DB recordkeeping operations
- Previous operations and financial services knowledge required, with relevant functional experience.
