- This role provides client services for Employee & Org Data Mgmt which may include from hire to retire services.
- business experience with Employee & Org data Mgmt background.
- Knowledge of Employee & Org data Mgmt Processes ( Recent Hires, Exit, Job Changes etc).
Compensation Administration:
- Process employee tickets and service requests related to compensation changes, benefits enrollment, and policy queries via HR systems and ticketing platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow)
- Support execution of salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and incentive payouts in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including compensation structures and benefits data.
- Experience and understanding of Compensation processes like Annual Merit increases, Incentives (Bonus payments like Short term, Long term, Performance Bonuses, allowances etc.) and Salary Benchmarking Surveys
Benefits Administration:
- Candidate should have knowledge into Health and Welfare Benefits.
- Candidate should have relevant exposure to US or any international Benefits including enrollments, change in Benefits, Open enrollment and reporting
Talent Acquisition:
1 External Sourcing
- Source candidates from existing talent pools and databases
- Identify the need for external sourcing based on hiring volumes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates
2 Candidate Sourcing and Qualification
- Mine candidate data and identify eligible profiles
- Source and review resumes
- Assess candidate interest and suitability using appropriate tools
- Candidates with End to End Recruitment experience Domestic International Market
- Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps
