Role Description

- This is a full time, on-site Wealth Management Business Development role based in Mumbai.
- The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, presenting wealth management solutions, and building long-term relationships with individuals and families seeking personal CFO-style services.
- The team member will assess client financial needs, coordinate with internal specialists to design appropriate financial plans, and communicate investment and insurance options clearly.
- Daily responsibilities include networking, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, tracking leads and conversions,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools.
- The role also includes staying updated on financial markets, regulatory developments, and product offerings to provide informed guidance and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Business Development and Client Servicing Mindset
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance to analyze client needs and create comprehensive personal finance strategies.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, NISM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or business development, with strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- High ethical standards, client-focused mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team environment.
