We are seeking an experienced KYC Paper Mandates Specialist with robust expertise in Corporate Client Onboarding, Corporate Account Screening, and Mandate Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with UK-based banks and clients, managing international processes, and directly handling customer interactions throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end Corporate Client Onboarding and KYC due diligence for corporate clients.
- Review and validate KYC documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Conduct Corporate Account Screening, sanctions screening, PEP screening, and adverse media checks.
- Process and manage Paper Mandates, including mandate setup, amendments, and authorization verification.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and account records.
- Liaise directly with corporate customers and internal stakeholders to resolve onboarding and documentation queries.
- Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Relationship Managers, and Client Service teams.
- Handle onboarding requests and account maintenance activities for UK-based clients and banking operations.
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC, and regulatory policies across international jurisdictions.
- Manage multiple onboarding cases while maintaining agreed service levels and quality standards.
- Support audit, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international KYC processes.
Work Schedule & Benefits
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational week-offs.
- Salary 3 to 5.5 LPA
- 24/7 shift coverage: Any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
- Two-way cab facility provided for all shifts within boundary
