About the Role

Sonai Infra is looking for an experienced and proactive Legal Executive / Legal Officer to manage legal matters related to the organizations business operations, with a strong focus on litigation, arbitration, legal drafting, documentation, and proceedings.

The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, excellent drafting skills, and hands-on experience handling legal matters independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and coordinate litigation and arbitration matters.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal notices, agreements, contracts, pleadings, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
- Manage legal documentation and maintain accurate records of ongoing and completed matters.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, courts, authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal teams on business and operational matters.
- Track court cases, hearings, deadlines, filings, and legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and judgments.




- Identify potential legal risks and recommend appropriate courses of action.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Travel for court appearances, meetings, documentation, and other legal requirements as necessary.

Preferred candidate profile Key Skills & Requirements

- LLB degree holder from a recognized university.
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Hands-on experience in litigation and arbitration.
- Robust legal drafting and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of legal procedures, documentation, and proceedings.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple legal matters and deadlines.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel as and when required.
