- Machine Assembly & Installation Assemble and install mechanical components, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automation equipment. Troubleshooting & Maintenance – Identify and fix mechanical faults, misalignments, and operational issues in machines and automation systems.
Precision Fitting & Adjustments – Ensure proper fitting, alignment, and calibration of machine parts, bearings, gears, and actuators.
Testing & Commissioning – Conduct performance testing and in office commissioning of machines to ensure smooth operation.
Technical Documentation – Maintain records of machine assembly, modifications, and repairs.
Collaboration – Work closely with design, electrical,
and automation teams for seamless integration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine assembly, maintenance, and automation systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical components, hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
Experience with welding, grinding, and machining tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
