Responsibilities HR Recruiter

- Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse academic & non-academic roles.

- Get exposure to high-volume hiring, Talent Acquisition & strategic sourcing.

- Build a strong professional network through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals & direct sourcing.

- Work closely with HODs, leadership & key stakeholders on critical hiring requirements.

- Handle the complete hiring journey Sourcing Interview Selection Offer Joining.

- Explore innovative recruitment & employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

- Take ownership, bring your ideas, and make a real impact on the University's growth.

- Grow as a well-rounded Talent Acquisition professional in a agile environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Masters Degree in HR, Management, BBA,



or a related discipline

- 2–3 years of recruitment experience; volume hiring experience is an advantage

- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition & people management

- Good sourcing skills with LinkedIn, Naukri & other recruitment platforms

- Excellent communication, coordination & interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements with a positive, solution-oriented approach

- Proactive, confident, and result-oriented mindset

- Eagerness to learn, take ownership & grow as an HR professional
