Sutherland is hiring experienced Prior Authorization professionals for our Healthcare RCM team in Hyderabad - Uppal. If you have experience handling Prior Authorization for Providers/Doctors and are looking for a new opportunity, we would like to hear from you.

Job Title: Prior Authorization Specialist

Location: Hyderabad-Uppal

Experience: 1.8 - 4 Years

Shift: Night Shift

Education: Any Graduate

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Prior Authorization requests on behalf of Providers/Doctors.
- Work with multiple commercial insurance payers.
- Review authorization requirements and process requests accurately.
- Follow up with insurance payers regarding authorization status.
- Coordinate with providers and internal teams to resolve authorization issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of authorization activities.
- Work on healthcare platforms such as Allscripts, ModMed, GMAD, or similar applications.

Must Have:





- 1.6 4 years of relevant Prior Authorization experience.
- Prior Authorization experience supporting Providers/Doctors.
- Experience working with multiple commercial payers.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.

Dental and DME Prior Authorization profiles are not eligible.
