Job Summary

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment across Machine Shop, Sheet Metal Shop, Paint Shop and Utility areas, ensuring smooth production and minimum equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Attend electrical breakdowns in CNC, VMC, HMC, Sheet Metal and Paint Shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC, CNC, VFD, servo drives, motors, sensors, contactors, relays and control panels.
- Maintain electrical systems of press machines, laser cutting, bending and welding machines.
- Maintain Paint Shop equipment including paint booths, ovens, conveyors, exhaust systems, AHU and ventilation systems.
- Operate and maintain utilities such as air compressors, chillers, pumps, cooling towers and HVAC systems.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control circuits.
- Monitor electrical and utility parameters and identify abnormalities.




- Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter and Megger.
- Maintain breakdown reports, PM checklists, utility log sheets and equipment history.
- Maintain critical electrical spares and tools.
- Coordinate with Production, Mechanical Maintenance and external vendors.
- Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen and energy-saving activities.
- Follow LOTO, PPE, PTW and all electrical safety procedures.

Candidate Profile
- ITI Electrical / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/engineering industry.
- Experience in Machine Shop, Sheet Metal, Paint Shop and Utility maintenance preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
