Education

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines such as:

- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines

Key Skills

- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Experience in MEP BIM Modeling and Coordination
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and model development
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and BIM Documentation
- Positive coordination skills with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams

Roles & Responsibilities





- Create and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Develop MEP layouts, shop drawings and coordinated models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural teams.
- For Senior/Manager-level candidates, lead BIM teams, allocate work, review models and coordinate with clients/project stakeholders.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Industrial Projects, Data Centers, Hospitals, Hotels and other MEP projects will be preferred.
