A kitchen staff member prepares ingredients, cooks dishes, cleans equipment, and keeps the kitchen safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Preparation: Wash, chop, slice, and measure ingredients according to recipes.

- Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize work surfaces, sweep and mop floors, and dispose of trash.

- Inventory Control: Unload vendor deliveries and store food correctly in refrigerators and freezers.

- Safety Compliance: Follow strict food safety and hygiene rules to prevent contamination.

- Station Support: Restock supplies and assist chefs or line cooks during busy hours.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds).

- Certifications: A valid food handler’s license or local food safety certificate.

- Skills: Strong teamwork, fast pace, and transparent communication under pressure.

- Experience: Previous restaurant or commercial kitchen experience is helpful.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
