We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts personnel to support our daily operations in the pharmaceutical sector. This role involves assisting Invoice coordination, basic accounts management, maintaining accounts data, managing accounts team and providing timely, solution-driven responses across departments. This position is suitable for experienced workers who are eager to learn and grow in a structured, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Invoice coordination:
Assist in managing all entries in the system, clubbed with timely payment reminders and entries with proper tax structure and audits.
1. Accounts Assistance:
Support accounting tasks such as invoice processing, data entry, and expense tracking. Work closely with the accounts team for timely documentation and reconciliations.
1. Team Managemnent:
Manages a team of accountant and knows how to handle day to day accounting with proper managements and follow ups for the directors and team.
1. Data & Documentation:
Maintain accurate operational records using Excel or similar tools.
Generate basic reports and summaries to support internal decision-making.
1. Problem Solving:
Take a proactive approach to address minor issues independently and escalate when needed. Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical, process-based solutions.
Requirements
1. Good knowledge of Excel, Tally, GST and TDS
2. Familiarity with accounting principles (training can be provided)
3. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under supervision
5. A positive, solution-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Eligibility Education: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Pharm, or any graduate discipline
Experience: 1-3 Years is Must
