Dhansthal is looking to connect with experienced professionals for senior leadership opportunities in our growing Credit & Lending business.

We are looking for professionals with 8–15 years of experience across NBFCs, Banking, Credit Cards, Lending, Financial Services, FinTech, or related sectors, with strong expertise in business growth, lending products, customer acquisition, partnerships, or portfolio management.

What the role involves

- Driving business growth across credit, lending, and financial products
- Developing and executing strategies for customer and portfolio growth
- Building relationships with business owners, senior decision-makers, financial institutions, and lending partners
- Identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Understanding customer funding and financial requirements
- Working closely with internal teams, NBFCs, banks, and lending partners
- Managing key accounts, business relationships, and strategic partnerships
- Monitoring business performance, revenue, portfolio quality, and growth targets




- Identifying market opportunities and developing new channels for customer acquisition
- Leading and mentoring teams to achieve business objectives
- Supporting the development and expansion of Dhansthal’s lending ecosystem

What we are looking for:
- 8–15 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Credit Cards, Lending, FinTech, or Financial Services
- Strong understanding of lending and financial products
- Experience in business development, credit, sales, partnerships, or portfolio management
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Robust understanding of the Indian financial services and lending ecosystem
- Existing industry relationships and network will be an advantage
