Profile: SAP O2C Consultant with hands-on S/4HANA Order-to-Cash configuration and UK logistics experience
Primary Focus: Hands-on O2C configuration, integration testing and go-live delivery within a UK S/4HANA programme
Experience: 7+ years in SAP O2C and SD

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

This is a hands-on delivery role within a large-scale S/4HANA programme. Working under the O2C Architect, you will configure, test and support go-live across UK Order-to-Cash scope including pricing, ATP, billing, returns, weighbridge and EDI flows:

Support validation of UK O2C processes including offer-based pricing, ATP, billing and returns within the SAP design.
Configure and support weighbridge integration alignment with O2C Post Goods Issue logic and billing flows.
Support documentation of UK-specific exceptions and localisation requirements against the global template.
Work alongside offshore configuration teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of O2C scope.
Execute EDI partner flow testing and support integration validation across customer-facing transactions.
Execute SIT and UAT test cycles, log and triage defects and support functional sign-off activities.
Support business readiness activities including cutover preparation and training support.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY REQUIRED SAP O2C & SD Configuration

7+ years of hands-on SAP O2C and SD configuration experience on S/4HANA.
Pricing configuration: condition techniques,



pricing procedures and offer-based pricing scenarios.
ATP and availability check configuration across planning strategies and checking rules.
Billing configuration: invoice types, billing due list management and revenue posting to FI.
Returns processing: return order configuration, credit memo flows and goods receipt handling.
Solid documentation skills: configuration guides, test scripts and functional specifications.

Logistics & Weighbridge Integration

Experience supporting weighbridge or logistics execution integration within SAP O2C: PGI triggering, delivery processing and weight-based billing.
Understanding of outbound delivery, goods issue and downstream billing impact.
Familiarity with UK logistics and distribution processes including delivery scheduling and transport coordination.

EDI & Integration Testing

EDI flow testing experience: customer order inbound, order confirmation outbound, delivery and invoice EDI transactions.
Integration testing support across O2C touchpoints with MM, FI and logistics execution.
Defect logging, triage and resolution support across cross-functional integration workstreams.

Testing & Delivery

SIT and UAT execution: test script preparation, defect logging, triage and functional validation.
Cutover support: open order migration checks, master data readiness and hypercare stabilisation.




Experience working in offshore-onshore delivery models within global programme environments.
