Detailed JD:

- We are seeking an experienced Blue Prism Developer with 6-8 years of IT experience, including strong expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Blue Prism.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions, along with robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, and support teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to RPA development standards.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Support BOT deployments and production monitoring.
- Prepare technical design documents, process definition documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Participate in automation feasibility assessments and effort estimations.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices.
