Job Description

- Lead Embedded/Software development programs in collaboration with technical leads, designers, and developers.
- Drive engineering execution using robust development principles, standards, product requirements, Honeywell HIP, and Agile practices.
- Act as Scrum Master for ~70% of the role, ensuring effective scope, quality, schedule, and delivery management.
- Contribute ~30% to hands-on software/embedded development, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- Establish SDLC best practices, eliminate process waste, and drive measurable engineering outcomes.
- Cultivate Honeywell Operating System (HOS) practices and visual, metrics-based management across Agile teams.
- Collaborate effectively with business, functional, and geographically dispersed stakeholders to drive timely and decisive outcomes.
- Bring 5+ years of Software/Embedded development experience and 3+ years as Scrum Master across at least 3 successfully launched programs.
- Strong Agile expertise and full SDLC experience across 4+ development programs; knowledge of TDC 3000/2000, Experion PKS DCS, PLC, or Industrial Automation is an added advantage.
