Support CMDB Strategy & Architecture
o Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
o Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services.
o Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL / ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management.
Enforce Data Quality & Governance
Discovery & Integration
o Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent).
o Robust understanding of:
IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage)
Applications and middleware
Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
o Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data
