Job Description

Job Title: Server / Waiter / Waitress Department: Food & Beverage Service Reports To: Captain / Restaurant Manager / F&B; Manager Job Purpose: Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous F&B; service to ensure an exceptional guest dining experience that aligns with brand standards.

Requirements

- Guest Service: Welcome guests, present menus, and assist with seating.
- Order Management: Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages timely and professionally.
- Station Maintenance: Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
- Communication: Address guest requests and complaints with courtesy; coordinate with kitchen/bar teams.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to hygiene, safety,



and service SOPs.
- Financials: Manage billing procedures and process payments accurately.
- Operational Support: Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.
- Education: Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or F&B; Service preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in restaurant/hotel service (Freshers may be considered).
- Skills: Basic understanding of customer service standards and POS operations.
- Communication: Robust interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
