- Experience: 12 to 18 years of relevant experience in industrial procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain, with at least 4–5 years in a senior management role.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with SAP MM or equivalent ERP procurement modules, advanced Excel, and data analytics.
