Job Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Greet guests, take drink orders, and recommend beverages.
- Mix cocktails according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area and equipment.
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age.
- Monitor and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service policies.
- Work closely with the restaurant and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
