Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Analyze financial performance and explain variances.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Partner with business teams to provide financial insights.
- Improve finance processes, reporting, and automation.
- Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA/ACCA/CMA/CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
- Strong Excel, financial modelling, and ERP skills.
- Experience with Power BI/financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
