Job Description Overview Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Fusion applications across multiple business functions. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring Oracle Fusion solutions align with business objectives, integration requirements, and long-term enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, strong business process knowledge, and a proven track record leading complex ERP transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design and architecture for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and enhancements. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions. Define end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related Oracle Fusion modules. Provide architectural leadership for integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications. Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery. Drive solution governance, design reviews, and architectural best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate customization requirements and recommend standard Oracle Cloud capabilities whenever possible. Support data migration, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement throughout the implementation. Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, process flows,



and design specifications. Mentor junior functional and technical team members. Estimated Hourly Pay depending on experience is $20/hr to $30/hr. Skills and Requirements 8+ years of Oracle Fusion experience. 3+ Oracle Fusion full lifecycle implementations. Oracle Certified Qualified (OCP) certification. Strong solution design and enterprise architecture experience. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experience supporting manufacturing, quality, product development, or regulated environments. Leadership experience managing distributed or offshore teams. Strong executive-facing communication skills
