Role – Sr Automation Testing

nSkillset: Selenium + API automation
nLocation: Gurugram / Noida (We are looking for Noida location as well).

nShift Timings: 2pm -11pm

nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a highly experienced and proactive automation lead with 6-12 years of experience in software testing, including leadership in test strategy, automation, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products through advanced testing techniques, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for complex software sysn
- tems.Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.n
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.n
- Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.n
- Collaborate with development, DevOps,



and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.n
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies.n
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.n
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements where applicable.n

nRequired Skills:
n
- n
- 6-16 years of experience in software automation testing, with a solid experience in Rest Assured with Java.n
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium(java), or similar.n
- Strong knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java preferable).n
- Experience with API testing tools (preferable: REST Assured), postman, ReadyAPI etc.,n
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps.n
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.n
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.n
