nWe are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 1.6years of experience in desktop support and IT troubleshooting, with good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issuesn
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and printer-related problemsn
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applicationsn
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applicationsn
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely and professional mannern




- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement or warranty claimsn
- Maintain documentation of issues and resolutionsn

- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardwaren
- Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsn
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook, Windows OS, and basic networkingn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn
