- Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules.n
- Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration.n
- Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Advantages, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements.n
- Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation.n
- Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules.n
- Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions.n
- Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues.n




- Support clients during all testing phases and post‑deployment stabilization.n
- Develop end‑user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.n
- Conduct client demos and workshops, tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs.n
- Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‑quality proposals.n
- Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals.n
- Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity.n
- Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams.n
