The ideal candidate should be confident in speaking with prospective clients, organized with data and follow-ups, target-oriented, and capable of independently managing the telemarketing process from
lead generation to appointment coordination and reporting .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing leads to generate and qualify business opportunities.
Understand client requirements and communicate Broadwings' services professionally.
Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a healthy lead pipeline.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/consultations with the relevant team.
Maintain and update lead databases, call records, follow-ups, and status reports in
Excel/Google Sheets/CRM .
Take ownership of daily telemarketing operations and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation performance.
Prepare regular reports on calls made, leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversions, and pending follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales/RM team for smooth lead handover and closure.
Handle basic client queries and ensure a qualified customer experience.
Identify gaps in the calling process and suggest ways to improve lead conversion and follow-up efficiency.
Support and guide junior telecalling team members, wherever required.
Ensure disciplined execution of the calling process and achievement of assigned targets.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience
in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, client acquisition, or a similar role.
Only Bangalore-based candidates will be considered.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
