- Configure and maintain network discovery, monitoring policies, thresholds, alarms, and event correlation.n
- Monitor enterprise network infrastructure including:n

- Switchesn
- Firewallsn
- Load Balancersn
- Wireless Controllersn
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot network incidents.n
- Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.n
- Integrate NOM/NNMi with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar ticketing t
