nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a Retention Marketing Executive to execute customer engagement campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages using MoEngage. You will be responsible for building customer journeys, launching lifecycle campaigns, segmenting audiences, and optimizing campaigns to improve retention, engagement, and repeat purchases. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone who is hands-on with marketing automation platforms.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Build, execute and optimize customer journeys on the retention platforms .n




- Create and schedule campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, In-App.n
- Implement lifecycle campaigns including: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Purchase Confirmation, Win-back Campaigns, Re-engagement Journeys, Price Drop & Back-in-Stock Notificationsn
- Create audience segments based on user behavior and attributes.n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, Open Rate, Conversion Rate and Revenue.n
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, timing, and user segments.n
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure timely campaign execution.n
- Ensure campaigns are QA-tested before launch.n
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.n
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.n
- Work closely with Product, CRM, and Analytics teams to improve customer retention.n
