Role: Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant / Developer Experience: 7 to 12 Years Location: PAN India Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant/Developer with 7 to 12 years of Salesforce experience and robust expertise in implementing and supporting Field Service solutions. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce FSL functionalities to improve field operations, technician productivity, scheduling, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions. Configure Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Territories, Operating Hours, and Scheduling Policies. Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Visualforce. Configure Dispatcher Console, Resource Scheduling, Optimization, and Mobile Solutions.



Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Perform data migration, deployment, and release management activities. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Required Skills 7+ years of Salesforce experience. 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience. Strong knowledge of: Salesforce Service Cloud Field Service Lightning (FSL) Apex Classes & Triggers Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Mobile App Experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Scheduling Policies, and Dispatcher Console. Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. F
