Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Q2C processes including quotes, orders, renewals, and contracts.
Process and validate sales orders in SAP.
Partner with Sales, Finance,
and Operations teams to resolve order and contract-related issues.
Ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and SLA adherence.
Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewal Operations, Order Management, or Contract Management.
Good understanding of Q2C processes.
Hands-on experience with
SAP .
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
