Preferred Eligibility Criteria
Degree:

GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid State Nursing Council Registration.
Clinical Expertise:

Solid foundational skills in patient care, vital signs monitoring, emergency first response, IV administration, and medical documentation.
Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of hands-on clinical experience working in a multispecialty hospital or reputed clinic setting.
Location & Lifestyle:

Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).

Job Description
Clinical Nursing Support:

Assist doctors and senior Vaidyas during clinical consultations, health checks, and treatment procedures for high-net-worth Indian and international guests.
Vitals & Monitoring:

Perform regular health assessments, track guest vital signs, monitor health progress, and manage medical documentation accurately.
Therapy & Emergency Care:

Provide nursing care during specialized wellness procedures, handle medical emergencies, and manage the sanctuary’s first-aid and dispensary inventory.
Patient Orientation & Care:

Administer prescribed medications, elixirs, and therapies while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and strict medical hygiene.
Multi-Disciplinary Coordination:

Coordinate with the Ayurvedic Paramedic and Wellness Team to ensure seamles
