Role: Hardware Engineer

- Positive knowledge on product development lifecyclen
- Schematic, layout tools knowledgen
- Perform redesigns of current production products with component shortage or obsolescence issues.n
- Provide technical expertise for component related issues including alternate component selection for obsolescence issues and assisting on process issues.n
- Provide technical reports and communications to global team members.n
- Able to work, rework perform test on PCBA and components considering value engineering.n
- Need to be familiar with the PCBA components and the market commodities of the materials to identify the standards parts and whether the materials are suitable or notn
- Cost down for materialsn
- Ability to troubleshoot failed units as needed and provide written technical reports and analyses.n
- Train, advise, review, problem-solve, and collaborate with 3rd party development partnersn
- Work with Watlow engineering team members on product definition, development, test, QA, deployment, maintenance & supportn
- Analyze designs and support Design FMEA creation and revisions.n
- Create test plans and test reports.n
