Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team at BDO India. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks with a high level of efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and assisting with business operations such as billing, invoicing, etc.

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Manage day-to-day calendar management, fixing appointments, travel bookings.n
- Assisting in all areas of business- handling billing, invoices, etcn
- Planning, coordination, making agendas & MOM for meetings.n
- Read and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, including e-mail, answer, and screen telephone calls, arrange conference calls as & when required.n
- Coordinate with entire business teams for arranging review meetings, business plan discussion, collect required data and prepare presentations for Meetings as & when required.n
- Screen and direct phone calls.n
- Scheduling meetings and appointmentsn
- Make travel arrangements.n
- Take dictation and minutes.n

nQualifications:
n
- n
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.n
- 10+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.n
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Robust organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.n
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.n
- Familiarity with business travel arrangements and calendar management.
