About The Role

We're looking for a highly driven Strategy & Ops Program Manager to work closely with the founders in building and scaling Activatr. You'll lead strategic initiatives across client relationships, operations, product rollouts, and cross-functional execution, ensuring teams stay aligned and projects move fast. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and driving execution in a rapid-paced startup.

What you'll do

- - Lead strategic projects from planning to execution
- - Coordinate across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations
- - Drive customer implementations and program delivery




- - Analyze business metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- - Build scalable processes, dashboards, and operating playbooks
- - Work directly with founders on high-impact initiatives

We're looking for

- - 3–6 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Operations, Program Management, or Startup roles
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- - High ownership with the ability to execute independently
- - Comfortable using AI and productivity tools to improve execution
