The Role

We are seeking a hungry and strategic Sales Development Manager to own our end-to-end sales pipeline. In this role, you will manage our outbound strategy, generate leads, and jump on sales calls to help close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach & Pipeline Generation: Execute outbound sales strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, networking) to get our agency in front of B2B decision-makers.
- Closing Assistance: Attend and participate in sales calls to pitch our services and help close the client.
- Team Integration:



Participate in regular team meetings to align on agency goals and share market feedback.

What We Are Looking For

- B2B Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, high-ticket closing, or agency sales.
- The Hunter Mindset: You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and know how to reach decision-makers.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly on calls.
