Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily material washing, equipment cleaning, and unit preparation activities.
- Ensure production equipment, utensils, containers, and accessories are cleaned and sanitized as per approved procedures.
- Verify cleanliness status and readiness of equipment and production areas before batch execution.
- Monitor adherence to cleaning schedules, sanitization programs, and housekeeping standards.
- Review cleaning records, equipment logbooks, checklists, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams for timely availability of cleaned equipment and materials.




- Investigate cleaning-related deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of cleaned and unclean equipment.
- Monitor manpower deployment and shift activities to meet operational requirements.
- Train and guide operators on cleaning procedures, documentation practices, and GMP compliance.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality initiatives related to production support activities.
