We are hiring a Client Services Representative to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll support our Advisers while delivering exceptional client service. You'll play a key part in managing client relationships, coordinating workflows, and ensuring seamless service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Deliver exceptional client service to clients, Advisers, and internal stakeholders
- Support the implementation of financial recommendations and required changes
- Manage cash accounts and term deposit renewals
- Prepare and compile Statements of Advice (SOAs) and product disclosure documents
- Handle application lodgements, withdrawals, and investment processing
- Maintain accurate client records, workflows, and data integrity in Xplan
- Manage central inbox, client enquiries, and incoming calls
- Coordinate client onboarding, welcome packs, and review schedules




- Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to cross-sell services (OneConnected)
- Support team workflow, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

- Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong teamwork and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Xplan (essential)
