Key Responsibilities

- Perform washing, cleaning, and sanitization of production equipment, utensils, containers, and accessories as per SOPs.
- Execute material washing activities before and after production operations.
- Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for production batches.
- Ensure proper segregation, identification, and storage of cleaned materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleaning records, equipment logbooks, and related documentation accurately.
- Follow approved cleaning schedules and sanitization procedures.
- Verify cleanliness status labels and equipment readiness before use.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and Engineering teams for unit preparation activities.
- Report any equipment abnormalities, damages, or deviations to the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS, and company safety policies.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in production and washing areas.
