Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Softgel Encapsulation or OSD equipment.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and changeover activities.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor critical process parameters and record production data accurately.
- Perform line clearance before batch commencement.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
- Minimise downtime and ensure optimum machine utilisation.
- Support batch manufacturing and packaging activities.
- Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
