WE ARE SEEKING A CREATIVE AND DETAIL-ORIENTED JUNIOR ARCHITECT/ VISUAL COORDINATOR WITH 3-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE TO SUPPORT ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN DEVELOPMENT, PRESENTATIONS AND VISUAL COMMUNICATION. THE ROLE REQUIRES STRONG DESIGN SENSIBILITY, TECHNICAL UNDERSTANDING AND THE ABILITY TO

Qualifications

- Robust communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with sales, and design teams, and present visual concepts clearly.




- Experience in sales or customer-facing environments, with an understanding of how visual merchandising supports sales goals and client engagement.
- Experience in store management or coordination, including organizing layouts, managing display materials, and ensuring smooth on-site execution.
- Styling skills for interiors, product arrangements, and display setups, with a strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial design.
- Relevant experience in visual merchandising, retail, real estate showrooms, or interior styling; familiarity with Mumbai market preferences is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines; strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic proficiency in design or layout tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or similar) and comfort with using digital references for visual planning.
- Educational background in visual merchandising, interior design, retail management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

(The Visual Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for creating and maintaining compelling visual presentations across sales offices, model units, and display areas.)
