Key Responsibilities

- Fill and process visa application forms accurately.
- Apply for e-Visas through official visa portals.
- Check passport and travel documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
- Track visa applications and provide status updates.
- Maintain proper records of applications and documents.
- Follow visa requirements, guidelines, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure applications are submitted on time.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Good computer and internet skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good English communication and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with forms, documents, and online portals.




- Willingness to learn about different countries' visa requirements.
