Role Description As a Visa Counsellor at Aussizz Group, you will provide end-to-end assistance to clients seeking study, work, or migration visas by guiding them through eligibility requirements, documentation, and application procedures. You will conduct consultations, assess client profiles, explain visa options, and recommend appropriate pathways in line with current immigration regulations and organizational policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing application forms, coordinating the collection of supporting documents, maintaining accurate records, and following up with clients and authorities on application status.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing,



participate in client communication via in-person meetings, phone, and email, and contribute to a high standard of service and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

- Solid client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex visa processes clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, deadlines, and multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to conduct basic research on visa rules and policies and to interpret guidelines accurately.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and CRM or case-management software to track client interactions and application progress.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate visa pathways.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in visa processing, immigration consulting, or education counselling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in law, international relations, business, or related fields is an advantage.

- Fluency in English and local languages relevant to Ahmedabad; additional language skills are beneficial.
