About the Role

We are looking for experienced and creative Videographers to produce high-quality visual content for events, campaigns, documentaries, digital platforms, and other communication initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in camera operations, lighting, composition, and video production, along with the ability to capture compelling visual stories.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for various projects and campaigns.
- Handle DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other video production gear.
- Cover events, field activities, interviews, campaigns, documentary shoots, and other assignments.
- Set up appropriate lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles to achieve professional-quality footage.
- Capture interviews, testimonials, event highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and short-form digital videos.
- Work closely with content, creative, and communication teams to understand production requirements.
- Ensure proper camera, lighting, audio, and visual quality during shoots.




- Manage footage and ensure proper file organisation, storage, and backups after shoots.
- Coordinate with editors to ensure smooth handover of raw footage and other production assets.
- Adapt shooting techniques and content formats for social media and digital platforms.
- Travel to different locations for field assignments, events, and outdoor shoots as required.
- Ensure all assignments are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

- Graduation/Diploma in Photography, Videography, Cinematography, Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and video production equipment.
- Strong understanding of camera settings, exposure, composition, framing, lenses, and lighting techniques.
- Valuable knowledge of professional video production practices.

Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience in:
- Photography
- Videography
- Event Coverage
- Documentary Shoots
- Digital Content Production
- Experience in field production, campaign coverage, interviews, or social media content production will be an added advantage.
